The goods are delivered in the following ways:
- by DPD courier. If you choose this delivery method, the package will be delivered directly to the address you specified.
If it happens that after receiving the goods, you notice that the package does not contain the right goods, contact us immediately.
We try to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, and in the event of problems with delivery, we undertake to contact the delivery companies and cooperate in finding the most effective solution.
Please pay attention to the specified delivery deadline and contact us if 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery deadline. When exchanging an item(s), shipping is paid by the buyer.
When ordering goods, specify the specific place of delivery and the person who will receive the goods. The goods are accepted by the person ordering them and only in the event that he/she is unable to collect the goods himself/herself, the person who collects them is indicated. If we are not notified of this, the customer's rights to make claims for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity are not accepted.
