According to the provisions of 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:
- perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
- packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Inappropriate quality non-perishable goods or quality goods whose shape, size, color, model or completeness are not to your liking are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of delivered perishable goods, and such goods are considered food and beverages with a short shelf life, including those products that must be kept in the refrigerator according to the temperature set by the manufacturer, you must contact us no later than within 72 hours from the delivery of the goods. When applying for poor product quality, it is mandatory to submit a photo of the poor quality product.
If you apply later than the specified deadline and/or do not provide a photo of the item, we are not obligated to resolve the complaint in favor of the buyer.
Quality goods to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (unremoved and undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.), consumer properties and cannot be used. The product must be returned in the original packaging, in the same set as the buyer received, with the purchase document and other product accessories. If the product is not fully assembled, damaged, untidy or not properly packed, we have the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to return the money paid by the buyer for the product.
According to Article 6.3591 of the Civil Code, regarding the transfer of the risk of loss or damage to the consumer in cases where the seller sends the goods to the buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the buyer when he or a person designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods. If the goods are delivered to a carrier chosen by the buyer himself, and the seller did not offer such delivery, the risk provided for in this article passes to the buyer when the items are handed over to the carrier.
Money for returned, undelivered or poor-quality goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for your purchases no later than within 5 working days from the submission of the complaint. If you paid in cash, you must provide the bank account number.
